Academic Corner:

Middle of the year testing his complete. Thank you for your help. 3-5 Benchmark Testing will be in February.
Benchmarks:
  • Feb 16 4th-5th Reading
  • Feb 17 3rd Reading
  • Feb 19 5th Science
  • Feb 24 4th-5th Math
  • Feb 25 3rd Math

This is a friendly reminder that instruction begins promptly at 7:45 a.m.

If your child arrives after 7:45 a.m., please walk them into the building and sign them in at the front office. Arriving late means they miss valuable instructional time and the opportunity to connect with their classmates at the start of the day.

Thank you for helping us ensure every student begins the day ready to learn!

Kindness to Others:
Throughout the month of February guidance lessons will focus on kindness toward classmates and peers. Encourage your child to think about how their words and actions affect others at school. Talk about including others in activities, offering help, and using kind words, even when it’s challenging. Small acts of kindness can help create a safe and welcoming school environment.

Try This at Home:
Help your child choose one intentional act of kindness to practice each school day this week, such as inviting someone to play, sharing supplies, or giving a compliment.

Take care,
Mrs. Irvin
